About BX Systems
A local partner who looks at the whole business.
BX Systems is owner-operated. I personally lead and fulfill every project and stay your direct point of contact — not an account manager, and not a ticket queue.
I’m Brennen Hrebeniuk, and I started BX Systems here in the Tri-Cities.
A husband, a dad, and a lifelong Washington resident. Before this I spent years consulting at Verizon, working with business owners and everyday customers alike, and I kept running into the same thing: someone would rave about a local business, but when I looked it up, what I found online didn’t match the company behind it. An outdated site, confusing information, sometimes almost nothing at all. The business was never the problem. What people found online just gave them fewer reasons to trust it.
Most owners aren’t behind because they don’t care. They’re busy serving customers and keeping everything moving. Nobody hands you a spare afternoon to audit your own Google profile.
I started BX Systems to close that gap — so your online presence finally matches the quality of your work, customers can find and choose you more easily, and fewer good leads slip past. Owners are usually left coordinating separate website, marketing, lead and payment providers, even though a customer experiences all of it as one journey. Looking at that whole journey, rather than one channel of it, is the point of the way I work.
Growing up in a pastor’s home shaped how I do business: honesty, keeping my word, and only recommending something when I truly believe it will help. That is also why the audit is free and yours to keep, and why I will tell you when the thing you asked for isn’t the thing that will help most.
Great businesses shouldn’t be overlooked because their online presence tells the wrong story.

How the work runs
The free Business Growth Audit comes first. I review how customers find, evaluate, contact and return to your business, then give you a prioritized plan — what to fix first, and why.
The plan is yours to keep whether or not we work together. If we do, I build and maintain the agreed systems, and you always know what is being worked on and what comes next.
Find the leaks
I review how customers find, evaluate, contact, and return to your business.
Fix what matters first
You receive a prioritized plan based on impact, urgency, and your goals.
Build and improve
I implement the agreed systems and keep improving them as your business grows.
Start with the audit
Free, about 20–30 minutes, no obligation, and the findings are yours to keep either way.
