This Privacy Policy explains how BX Systems (“BX Systems,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with our website at bx-systems.com and our work with local businesses in the Tri-Cities, Washington area.
The short version
We keep this simple. Our website doesn’t run ads or set tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand general traffic — it sets no cookies, doesn’t identify you, and doesn’t follow you around the web. Beyond that, the only information we have is what you choose to share when you reach out or book a call.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, email, or phone us, you may share your name, business name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your business.
- Scheduling. Calls are booked through Google’s appointment scheduling. Any details you enter there are handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host and the content-delivery networks that serve our fonts (Google Fonts and jsDelivr) may automatically receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. We don’t use it to build profiles or track you.
- Cookieless analytics. Our host, Vercel, provides privacy-friendly analytics (aggregate page views and site performance). It sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and doesn’t identify individual visitors.
What we don’t do
We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies, use cross-site tracking pixels, or sell or rent your information to anyone. Our only analytics is cookieless and aggregate — it can’t identify you.
How we use information
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and conduct your consultation, provide the services you ask for, and keep records of our communication.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as Google for scheduling and our website host — and only as needed, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared, for our business records, or as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us. Just email Brennen@bx-systems.com and we’ll take care of it.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party services (such as Google booking). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Children’s privacy
Our site and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the site changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version.
